Eastern Shore Drunken Shrimp

Marinated in a boozy blend of OLD BAY® VODKA, lemon juice, and garlic, these beauties serve up hot, flavorful, and ready to party right off the grill.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons OLD BAY® VODKA

2 garlic cloves, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails-on

OLD BAY® Seasoning

  • Makes 4 Servings.

  1. Whisk the lemon juice, OLD BAY® VODKA, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste, in a small bowl. Pour into a large resealable plastic bag. Add shrimp and turn to coat evenly. Refrigerate 15 minutes.

  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread shrimp onto skewers.

  3. Grill 5 to 7 minutes, just until shrimp turn pink, turning once. Sprinkle with OLD BAY® Seasoning before serving.
